Production Supervisor, 2nd Shift

In this role:

• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, quality, delivery, safety and growth using lean manufacturing tools and concepts
• Lead a diverse team of 25 to 30 union employees on 2nd shift
• Sustain productivity initiatives with a variety of product lines including aluminum die casting to state-of-the-art electronic circuit board production

 On your first day, we’ll expect that:

• You have proven supervisory or leadership skills
• You can work independently and comfortable making on the spot decisions
• Ability to work 2nd shift (Monday-Friday from 2-10 PM)
