Fosbel is looking for candidates who are willing to be trained as Ceramic Welders.
- Must be willing to travel - we pay a per diem for meals and mileage as well as company-paid hotel.
- Long periods of standing - you must be able to physically stand and hold a lance while performing the welding work.
- Will be exposed to heat - because we are repairing coke and glass blast furnaces, you will be exposed to high temperatures, protective clothing and breaks are provided.

Pay is competitive with the ability to receive increases every 6 months for the first 2 years. Starting pay is $21.14/hour with advancement to $34.01 within two years. With overtime, you could make $60,000+ the first year.
