Responsibilities
- Provide quality cleaning and repair services to our customers
- Practice IICRC guidelines with every client
- Maintain the reputation and integrity of our company's mission
- Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:30 PM, Every other Saturday
- 40-60 hours per week + overtime pay + commission + bonus
Requirements
Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning hires the highest quality individuals to serve our customers. Therefore, candidates will be required to have a clean motor vehicle record check, drug testing and criminal background check.
Compensation
- Technicians earn $15 per hour plus overtime, commission and bonus ($800-$1300 per week average)
- Candidates with experience will start at Technician pay rates
- Candidates without experience will start at $13/hour while in training
