Job Description: 

 Joining Kuperus Trucking’s professional driving team means: 

  • You will deliver freight safely and on time to customers in our service area which is mainly MI, IN, IL, OH, and occasionally southern WI.  Our main lanes are Chicago, Indianapolis, and eastern Michigan. 
  • You will represent Kuperus well to our customers. 
  • You will manage your time and plan your routes to efficiently utilize your available hours of service. 
  • You will be home on all official holidays. 
  • You will enjoy 100% no touch freight. 
  • You will be assigned a tractor (new and newer Freightliners and Internationals). 

 

Compensation and Benefits package: 

  • Paid weekly 
  • Paid a percentage of the load based on your experience (25% - 29%) - Drivers that have been with us a year or longer are averaging $70,000 a year 
  • Have the opportunity to earn additional percentages through bonuses: 

Revenue – 1.8% - 2.8% and Safety – 1% - 2% 

  • Paid on the job training – MUST have CDL Class A to apply 
  • Health, Dental, and Vision available 
  • 401K with matching funds
