J&J Maintenance, Inc. DBA J&J Worldwide Services (J&J) was founded in 1970 as an 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) enterprise when two (2) business competitors, Johnny Voudouris and James Lee, joined forces to launch a company focused on providing quality, cost–effective custodial services for the U.S. Government customer. Armed with a clear vision, strong leadership, and a desire to deliver exceptional customer service, J&J is committed to serving the military customer. J&J has enjoyed controlled growth over the past 50+ years, earning a place on the Bloomberg Government Annual BGOV200 Federal Industry Leaders report as one of the top Federal contractors. As a result of this success, J&J was acquired by Arlington Capital Partners (ACP) in July of 2020.
