The Brown County Jail is looking to hire full-time Correctional Officers. Main job duties are to escort inmates to and from court, attorney meetings, Dr. appointments, etc; walk through the jail to check on inmates, monitor inmates through cameras, serve inmates breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and book in and release inmates. We are currently starting out at $18.31/hr with yearly raises along with health, vision, dental, and retirement benefits.
