General Laborers (Stud gun welding, cutting, drilling, moving materials etc. )
Experience helpful but not necessary, we will train.
This is a factory environment producing heavy steel components. Applicants must be capable of regularly moving/lifting and standing for long periods of times.
Hours: We offer 4 shifts:
5 am to 1:30 pm
7 am to 3:30 pm
8 am to 4:30 pm
1 pm to 9:30 pm (training to be done on the first shift)
All with 2, 15 minute breaks & half hour lunch
Responsibilities:
* Operate Machines as required
* Move stud rails and pallets
* Keep work area organized and neatly maintained
* Daily communication with foreman on work progress
* May be required to work overtime and weekends
* Perform monthly inventory with team
compensation: $15.00 an hour, after 90 day probation increase to 15.25 Bonus program, 2 weeks paid vacation, 11 paid Holidays. Gas allowance, 2 tanks per month up to $65 per tank.$200 signing bonus after a successful 90-day probation.
