Nations Roof is seeking a highly dependable and service oriented, Internal Account Manager to join our team. 

 This position is based at the Corporate Headquarters in Mobile, AL and will be 100% in office.

Nations Roof is one of the largest and fastest growing commercial roofing contractors, ranked #5 in 2020 Top Roofing Contractors in the US.  Our projects range in scope from large scale new commercial construction, industrial, hospitality, distribution centers, retail centers, office buildings, multifamily and green roofs to large renovations of existing buildings.

This position is based in Mobile, AL and will be 100% in office with a Monday-Friday schedule. 

Purpose: To provide superior customer support to clients and administrative tasks

Functions:  

  • Direct inbound and outbound communications with customers
  • Accurately maintain and update customers account for multiple locations
  • Scheduling with assigned accounts and updates with service times
  • Update internal and customer specific portals
  • Assist multiple locations with questions or problems with clients
  • Invoice review and submission
  • Answer phones and keep office area orderly
  • Other projects and duties as assigned by manager
  • Work well in a team environment at all levels of an organization

Requirements   

  • 3 year’s experience in an office support or customer support position
  • Basic accounting experience
  • Must have exceptional computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Knowledge of construction or CRM software is a plus
  • Knowledge of construction industry is a plus
  • Stable work history
