MRD was founded in 2002 and is located in Destin, Florida, and are a Small Business Enterprise licensed to provide coastal and marine engineering services in the states of Florida, Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana to governmental agencies as well as private entities. Over MRD’s 20-year history, we have provided the full range of services for the successful completion of small to large scale projects which have included beach and dune restoration, coastal structures, waterfront parks, marinas, and general coastal and marina engineering services.
