WilliamSmith Fireplaces supplies and installs wood-burning, electric, gas fireplaces and pre-engineered gas fireboxes, mantels and surrounds, gas logs, chimney tops and outdoor kitchens in the Charleston, South Carolina and surrounding Low Country area.
We have established relationships with many of the leading wood-burning, electric and gas fireplace manufactures to ensure that we have the right fireplace or outdoor product for our customer’s needs.
Our primary focus is working in the pre-construction phase with developers, builders, architects and interior designers. However, our preferred method is to work directly with homeowners during the pre-construction phase providing planning for the right product within their projects price range to obtain the best value for the customer. Working directly with homeowners provides us an opportunity to help the homeowner select the appropriate fireplace, gas log set, chimney top and explore additional items such as gas grills that could enhance an outdoor living space.
In addition, we will work with the homeowner’s involved in remodels coordinating with the homeowner’s contractor as needed to insure proper & timely installation. WilliamSmith also provides follow up service & maintenance to our customers to maintain their gas products making us Charleston's only full-service provider of gas products.
WilliamSmith Fireplaces classifies its customers into 2 primary groups, affiliate buyers such as custom home builders, architects & interior designers and “One Time Customers” (individual homeowners) wishing to replace an existing fireplace and/ or gas logs.
