Seafarers Benefits Plans is an association of employee benefit trust funds that offer pension, health, and other employee benefits to our affiliated labor union, the Seafarers International Union. The SIU was created in 1938 out of its predecessor organization which dated back to the previous century. Our participants are mostly merchant mariners.
