The Kapolei plant is high-volume, fast-paced 24/4 day-365 days/year manufacturing environment. Our crews work 12 ¼ -hour shifts (645am-7pm/645pm-7am) working 4 days on/3 days off and rotating from day to night shift every 2 weeks.
