Schedule is 12 hours shifts on a 2/2/3 schedule. UNDERSTANDING Maintenance Technicians are essential to manufacturing and processing confectionery products.  Through training and development, they diagnose, repair, maintain and operate multiple pieces of automated production machinery.  Simply stated, they inspect, start, stop, adjust, clean, sanitize and shut down production related equipment as required.  They are responsible for holding themselves and others accountable by focusing on first being effective and having a safety-first mentality.
