Consolidated Utility District of Rutherford County (a non-profit organization) provides water and wastewater services throughout Rutherford County Tennessee for the future of our community.
CUDRC currently serves over fifty-five thousand customers and continues to grow at a rate in excess of three thousand customers per year making CUD one of the largest utilities in Tennessee.

CUDRC is governed by a Board of Commissioners appointed by the Rutherford County Mayor. The General Manager, who is employed by the District, conducts the day-to-day operations of the District.
