A.P. Williams, Inc. is looking for a hands-on working project superintendent with the flexibility for some out of town travel. Our project superintendents are experienced in all aspects of construction and possess the ability to manage projects from start to finish. They are also capable in scheduling deliveries, and overseeing subcontractors and employees, as well as conducting turnover meetings. Superintendents are skilled in reading and understanding blueprints, specifications, scopes of work and estimates, and are able to perform the work associated with the information. Our superintendents also must be able to plan and coordinate activities throughout the course of the entire project. A knowledge of OSHA guidelines and safety procedures with the ability to enforce same is required. Experience in medical office and/or dialysis center construction is a plus.
