What we prefer:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or other relevant area preferred
  • Successful completion of our in-house training program
  • 3-5 years of commercial or consumer lending experience or Bachelor’s degree in Finance or other relevant area

What your job looks like:

  • Be an active participant in Oregon Pacific Bank culture
  • Develop long lasting and meaningful client relationships
  • Actively participate in community events as a high-profile representative of Oregon Pacific Bank
  • Provide client service and administrative support for commercial lending officers
  • Analyze complex financial statements and tax returns to determine an applicant’s ability to repay
  • Day to day oversight of the department’s loan portfolio
