What we prefer:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or other relevant area preferred-or equivalent work experience
  • One (plus) years of commercial or consumer lending experience
  • Progressive experience in a commercial lending environment
  • Excellent computer skills and related accounting knowledge
  • Good organizational skills
  • Exceptional communication style, both verbal and written

What your job looks like:

 

  • Work with clients, Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers to analyze loan needs and options available to meet client financial goals
  • Learn to conduct analysis by generating, running and utilizing system generated reports
  • Learn financial spread programs and credit presentations
  • Learn to recognize and mitigate credit and industry risks
  • Learn to analyze and complete portfolio analysis
