We currently have entry-level customer service openings in our Boca Raton location. The hours are days, evenings and midnight,  some (not all) weekends are required. We are also have part time hours available. 

As an Emergency Alarm Dispatcher, you will play an integral part in helping to protect the lives and property of homes and businesses nationwide: 

Respond to Emergency Alarms 

Be a lifeline to customers 

Answer in-bound phone calls 

Dispatch the authorities (PD/FD/MD) 

Resolve customer's issues or concerns

Qualifications &Skills: 

Clear and Professional Telephone Voice & Etiquette 

Excellent Customer Service/Listening Skills 

Excellent Attendance Required

 Good Typing and Spelling 

Must pass drug test & criminal background check 

High School diploma or equivalent 

The starting pay is $12.00 per hour increasing to $11.75 per hour within 18 months or faster depending on your performance.
