Reporting to the Director of Outside Sales, CallPass M2M is hiring a Regional Sales Executive focusing on increasing sales within designated territories, and potentially growing a regional team of account executives to expand the geographical territory and penetrate the marketplace completely.

As a Regional Sales Executive you will be focused on accelerating CPM2M’s expansion of our Transportation and Logistics Solutions. As a top-flight sales professional you will be changing the way companies utilize our GPS and Telematic hardware and platform solutions for asset tracking with a strong emphasis on needs analysis, usage case based selling, and your ability to communicate CallPass’ ROI to the customer effectively. Success in this role will require proven experience in solution selling to small, medium and large businesses. You need to be results driven, possess the ability to get up to speed quickly and work with sales leadership to understand customer needs, product value propositions and have the need to close business.

Qualifications for this Role:

  • 3-5+ years of selling within Transportation, Logistics, Scrap/Recycling Industry or Construction Equipment (preferred).
  • Ability to influence decision makers at all levels including Small Business owners, Middle Management and C-Level Executives
  • Outside Sales/Territory Management Experience in a Hunter Capacity (required).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to drive initial engagement, conduct analysis, provide solutions and close business.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or comparable CRM to manage territory and book of business.
  • Strong business acumen along with ability to understand specific vertical market needs quickly.
  • Ability to quickly identify competitors, research and target their accounts.
  • Existing book of business within this target vertical a plus

Role Responsibilities:

  • Identify new opportunities and develop sales channels within Transportation/Logistics industry
  • Collaborate with sales leadership with ongoing territory management and increased presence
  • Demonstrate Cloud Based Software platform and GPS hardware in efforts to close new business
  • Fully understand the products/services and be able to present them intelligently to prospects with a focus on their particular needs/benefits.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and prospects; work base for referrals and immerse yourself in the industry through tradeshows, associations, buying groups, etc.
  • Facilitate culture of high standards and attention to detail, with clear accountability, ownership, teamwork and personal learning.
  • This is a REMOTE sales position demanding daily active work in the field and reporting on activities through Salesforce with clear, quantifiable and measurable goals
  • Provide sales forecast planning
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to write in a clear and concise manner and provide detailed explanations.
  • An individual that values collaboration with others in the organization
