We are seeking a Field Service Tech to respond to customer requests for repair and perform scheduled maintenance of equipment.
This position troubleshoots both mechanical and electronic (110/220 volt) equipment. The Service Tech must have Electrical and Mechanical Equipment experience to repair and maintain binding and lamination and various paper handling machines in Los Angeles.
Pay includes wage, commission on service contracts and benefits package which includes medical, dental, life, disability, paid time off, holidays and retirement.
Excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills are necessary for success in this position. Must have professional presence and ability to effectively communicate and interact with customers both via telephone and email.
