Job Description

Once again Case Study Coffee is expanding and looking for coffee lovers to join our small tight-knit team! As the Warehouse Associate, you'll be responsible for delivery of all supplies and product kept at the warehouse for each of our five beautiful cafes. You'll communicate with the shop managers, shift leads, and office managers to ensure the cafes have what they need from the warehouse; that supplies and product are on hand and on schedule. You'll be responsible for conducting semi-weekly deliveries of all supplies and product to each cafe. You'll also be involved with production of our in-house products, ensuring retail and bulk coffee is bagged and ready to go to each of our shops in accordance with each shop's order.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Communicates with warehouse and office managers, cafe managers, and shift leads to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of needed supplies and product from warehouse. Follows through with communication with managers and shift leads to clarify ambiguous or unclear ordering.

  • Conducts twice-weekly deliveries, and communicates with other warehouse and production staff to ensure the products and needs of the warehouse and shops are met.

  • Follows, maintains, and updates delivery documents for accuracy of deliveries to cafes.

  • Communicates schedule changes needed to conduct various tasks not within typical weekly schedule.

  • Monitors cleanliness, spatial organization & other such conditions within the various Warehouse work spaces

  • Warehouse projects including but limited to bagging coffee, making signage for shops, extra delivery runs, cleaning projects, catering set up, etc. as designated by the Warehouse Manager

  • Has flexible schedule within scheduled work week to help with earlier morning brewed coffee deliveries and catering transportation.

Compensation: $16-17 hourly based on experience (24-40 hours per week), plus tips

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 80 pounds, ability to be on for 4 (or longer) hours
