Entry Level Management Position

We are seeking a professional with excellent communication to join our team and help us make a difference in the communities we serve. This professional should be coachable and willing to learn our system. You will be provided access to our Qualified leads system in addition to your own personally generated leads. This position starts at entry-level with ample opportunity to advance to upper management quickly (60 days) if you are motivated and can show success and leadership skills.

We market Life and Supplemental Health Benefits to business clients, such as City & County Governments and local businesses within the Texas area to help their employees gain permanent and portable benefits. . We are looking for a full-time candidate (Monday-Friday, 8-5)

Responsibilities:

• Candidate will be taught to required systems and activity

• Creating business relationships with local business owners

• Work with existing accounts as well as create new business accounts

• Ensuring each client has received great customer service regarding their benefits package

• Prospect and contact potential customers

• Present and partner with companies to make products and services available to new and existing customers

• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline

• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints

• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments
