Security Guard

Alliance Detective & Security Service, Inc, seeks to hire unarmed security guards who are friendly, professional and have customer service and security experience.

Work shifts: Part-time and full-time opportunities. We are looking for candidates that have flexibility with second and third shifts. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Must be available 2 shifts per week and at least one weekend day per week.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

·         High School diploma or equivalent

·         19+ years of age

·         Valid Drivers' License and Personally Owned Vehicle

·         Capable of following complex instructions

·         Knowledge of security operations and procedures

·         Flexible work availability

·         Command presence

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Personal cell phone (to call on and off duty with our dispatch center)

·         Personal e-mail (to accept and confirm shift assignments)

·         Willingness to participate in the company's background process

·         Ability to pass a CORI/SORI check

ESSENTIAL JOB TASKS:

·         Maintain access control to a secure facility

·         Maintain a fully accurate log during your shift

·         Report Writing

·         Conflict management/resolution

·         Emergency/Incident Response
