Job Summary:
The Recruiter is responsible for finding and hiring qualified candidates for various roles at AAR’s Oklahoma City site. The Recruiter is proficient in sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates. The Recruiter is responsible for the candidates experience through hire. The Recruiter stays updated with the latest recruitment practices and tools, understanding the aviation MRO industry, including trends and key skills required.
