As our Student Veterans Support Specialist, you will be a member of the Counseling & Wellness Center’s senior staff clinical team. You will collaborate with the Veterans Support Office and specialize in veteran and military-connected student mental health and wellness. In this position, you serve as a visible, dedicated therapist that specializes in improving access to mental health support for diverse veteran and military-dependent students, ensuring that their unique needs are addressed and supported. You will uphold the university’s mission of treating all community members with respect and dignity, as well as pursuing justice and equity in your practices. You will also directly assist in increasing persistence to graduation for all students and promoting holistic wellness through strong community partnerships.
