W e s t h a m p t o n A r c h i t e c t u r a l G l a s s P a g e | 1 Project Coordinator Job Classification: Non-Exempt Duties may include, but are not limited to: • Receive Quote request o Set up Job Site Information in MS Access o Identify job information /plan #s and dates o Analyze drawings and specifications for project scope • Receiving, storing, organizing, and submitting samples • Submit samples and RFIs to architects and General Contractors • Send Out RFQs to Vendors & Suppliers • Complete Glass & Material Take-offs in BlueBeam • Communicate with Architects and General Contractors regarding projects • Assist in preparing project proposals for submittal to GCs • Awarded projects o Update MS Access & Server files o Record signed proposal o Create field folder (binder/book), as needed o Generate project summary with all the awarded information o Add to drafting list o Provide certificates of insurance upon request o Request and file Form ST-124 for all capital...
