(no sole proprietors), 21 years or age or older, Pass a background check and random drug screening, Have no felonies, must have a good driving record (No DUI or DWI in the past 5 years), ability to obtain the required auto liability insurance of 100/300/50. Must have prior experience of managing, You must be a reliable, self starter with a kind, professional demeanor. Must be an organized individual that is able to manage multiple people and or projects at a time with excellent customer service skills.  Have some working knowledge of how to use/navigate through Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
