Do you have a calling to work in Home Health, Hospice, or Palliative Care? Colorado Visiting Nurse Association (CVNA) has multiple Therapist openings within the Denver Metro and surrounding areas and Northern Colorado. Therapist positions include Occupational, Speech, and Physical Therapists. Must have a current license for applicable job opening, valid Colorado driver’s license, and provide proof of auto insurance.
Pay range: Per Visit Model
CVNA has a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees including Medical, Dental, Vision, 403b retirement plan with employer match, PTO, Paid Sick Leave, seven paid holidays, Short-Term Disability, and company paid Long-Term Disability, Basic Life, and AD&D insurance. Clinical employees are eligible to receive paid mileage, shift differentials, overtime, and other stipends depending on position, schedule and/or availability.
